SWS team’s work in Świnoujście tunnel is moving forward. The Slurry-TBM CREG, with a diameter of 13.46 m, is ready to be placed. The first phase of assemblage is under way to go ahead with the construction of the tunnel under the Swinà river.
Meanwhile, the works for the TBM laughing shaft, with the end of the casting of the bottom slab of the last few days, can be considered finally completed, and after the temporary struts disassembling it will be possible to proceed with the TBM assembling inside the chamber.
The access ramp of Uznam, of a length of about 800 m, is already under construction and the first stretches of definite bottom slabs have been already cast.
