JUNIOR RECRUITING SPECIALIST

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a competent and passionate Recruiting Specialist capable to support the HR Manager in the selection & hiring process. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

Experience

The ideal candidate is recently graduated.

Core responsibilities

Following a list of responsibilities:

  • Selection & Hiring, reporting directly to the HR manager of the company
  • Daily screening of the CV and database implementation
  • Development and empowerment of hiring through social recruiting tools

Reporting line

The Recruiting specialist will be part of a larger steam that has defined roles and responsibilities. Typically, he will report to the general manager.

Qualifications

Recent master’s degree in civil engineering;
Good communications skills;
Proficient English language knowledge oral and written (C2);
Second language knowledge (German and/or French) will be considered as a plus.
