What data we process, for what purposes and what is the legal basis of the processing

 By filling in the contact form, we will collect and process the personal data requested and provided by you, as well as those that you will present in the curriculum vitae if attached.

Your personal data will be processed by us solely to evaluate the possibility of establishing an employment relationship with you, to be determined in the contents, as well as to manage any contacts for these purposes.

To this end, we ask you to indicate in your curriculum vitae only the data necessary to evaluate your candidacy, refraining from entering irrelevant personal data or health-related data or, in general, other data belonging to the “Special categories” (the former sensitive data), such as, for example, data revealing your religious beliefs, political opinions, etc., where this is not strictly necessary.

The legal basis for processing personal data other than health-related data and special categories of data is represented by the need to fulfil pre-contractual requirements upon request of the concerned person.

For this reason, if in the form or in your curriculum vitae you should submit health-related data or other special categories of data, we suggest you to express explicit consent to the processing of such data, because, failing that, we will not be able to process your application.

The personal data will be processed by the treatment owner by authorized people for the processing (that is, internal persons of our company).

In any case, your personal data will not be disclosed.

Data retention period

According to GDPR, your personal data will be stored for a limited time, until it will be necessary for the purposes we legitimately pursued; in particular, the data transmitted by sending your CV will be kept for a maximum of 6 months.

 Your rights regarding your personal data

We remind you that, depending on the specific treatment, at any time:

  1. a) You have the right to request access to your personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing or to oppose the treatment, in addition to the right to data portability;
  2. b) You have the right to withdraw consent to the treatment and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (the Guarantor for the protection of personal data).

Mandatory or non-mandatory provision of personal data (by law or by contract or to conclude the contract) and consequences of failure to provide them

The consent to the processing of your health-related data or to any special categories of data is optional, but in the absence of them we will not be able to process your data, because the processing of these types of data requires the explicit consent of the concerned person.

For more information on the processing of your personal data, you can reach out to the owner, at the contacts indicated above.
