World Day for Safety and Health at Work

Protecting SWS’s people Safety and Health at work is our priority. Safety and Health are not just standards that must be complied with, but for us, they are fundamental aspects of everyday matter and values that must be shared by everyone.

The World Day for Safety and Health at Work promotes the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases globally. It is an awareness-raising campaign intended to focus international attention on the magnitude of the problem and on how promoting and creating a safety and health culture can help reduce the number of work-related deaths and injuries.

In 2020, SWS’s Safety and Health aspects were greatly challenged following the COVID-19 pandemic. We ensured that precautions were taken locally and that all initiatives were conducted according to the local authority requirements and our internal guidelines.
We wanted to thank all our employees for continuing to foster our collaborative work environment and showcasing the power of connection whether you are still on-site or have set up your own remote workstation at home.
