On the International Women’s Day IWD, our SYSTRA Italy teams had the opportunity to celebrate gender equality by participating to the online event “#EmbraceEquity SYSTRA Italy: experiences and best practices”.
A big thank you to our colleagues, who supported us in the event organisation, and to the following guest speakers:
- Enrico Gambardella, General Director of the Winning Women Institute;
- Anna Lisa Nicelli, Pharma & Life Science Lead in in2law – Deloitte and member of the network InTheBoardroom by Valore D;
- Barbara Grassi and Nadia Martinelli, former and current President of Associazione Donne in Cooperazione.
It was an inspiring moment, where we had the chance to learn and share meaningful work experiences, promoting equity in society and thus in the working environment.
