The project consists in tunnels and all infrastructure that will transport clean drinking water from Huseby to Stubberud and from Oset to the city centre. In total, approx. 11km of tunnel will be drilled by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and 7km by traditional method (Drill & Blast).
Assignment: SYSTRA SWS is the nominated subcontractor for the detail design of the stretch of the tunnel to be excavated in TBM.
SYSTRA SWS is providing detail design for the segmental lining (niche included) for the TBM tunnel.
