The JTE will be assigned to our international tender department. JTE will be in charge of the preparation of tender documents (administrative, technical & economical).

  • Proficient English Language (C2);

CIVIL ENGINEER

 

Role

SWS is looking for Civil Engineer to be assigned to the sector of civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry as a part of a large harbor project in Saudi.

 

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in similar position, 15 years are preferred.

 

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for Candidates for the job title listed above with mandatory experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry. Candidate shall demonstrate an overall knowledge of project planning and execution and must be recognized as specialists in their respective engineering field on large to mega projects. Candidates shall prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications, and shall be qualified to resolve specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economics principles, calculation methods, design details, and international codes and standards, procedures and specifications. Candidates must have previous experience in planning, producing and delivering compliant civil structural design even within complex infrastructural projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering;

SWS is looking for Marine Engineer to be assigned to the sector of civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry as a part of a large harbor project in Saudi.

At least 10 years of experience in similar position, 15 years are preferred.

We are looking for Candidates for the job title listed above with mandatory experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry. Candidate shall demonstrate an overall knowledge of project planning and execution and must be recognized as specialists in their respective engineering field on large to mega projects. Candidates shall prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications, and shall be qualified to resolve specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economics principles, calculation methods, design details, and international codes and standards, procedures and specifications. Candidates must have previous experience in Offshore environment such as waves and input parameters for the design of marine structures, Fender and bollard system and shall be familiar with the operation and construction requirements of Maritime Yard.

We are looking for Candidates for the job title listed above with mandatory experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry. Candidate shall demonstrate an overall knowledge of project planning and execution and must be recognized as specialists in their respective engineering field on large to mega projects. Candidates shall prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications, and shall be qualified to resolve specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards. ONSHORE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

 

Role

SWS is looking for Onshore Geotechnical Engineer to be assigned to the sector of civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry as a part of a large harbor project in Saudi.

 

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in similar position, 15 years are preferred.

 

Core Responsibilities

We are looking for Candidates for the job title listed above with mandatory experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities or city development mega projects industry. Candidate shall demonstrate an overall knowledge of project planning and execution and must be recognized as specialists in their respective engineering field on large to mega projects. Candidates shall prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications, and shall be qualified to resolve specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economics principles, calculation methods, design details, and international codes and standards, procedures and specifications. Candidates must have previous experience in design of piles and deep foundation and paving, construction and testing of piles and deep foundation and paving, dewater analysis and review of method statement and ground improvement.

PROPOSAL MANAGER

 

Role

The Proposal Manger will coordinate, manage and produce the proposal (SoQ, RFQ, RFP etc….) response whilst assembling a proposal team with all the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to win.  Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

 

Experience

Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment. The Proposal Manager will be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings/final document review, co-ordinating proposal governance/sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal. Typically will have experience of coordinating and updating a Content Management System.

 

Core Responsibilities

Following a list of responsibilities:

  • Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes;
  • Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, products teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery;
  • Communicate and influence at a senior level;
  • Ability to coach proposal teams and subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practice;
  • Document template management in line with company branding;
  • Strong time management/priorisation skills;
  • Strong written English language skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail.

 

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotech, Structural);
  • At least 5 years experiences;
  • Proficient English Language knowledge oral and written (C2);
  • Second Language knowledge (German and/or French).
